Our Story

Drew started as a home builder and general contractor. Through the years he had built houses for other people to make a living and a little profit. He knew he needed to invest the profits into something so he could retire in the future. He didn't like the idea of investing in stocks because they are so up and down and don't generally produce high enough returns to be exciting. 

Some empty land came up for sale that Drew noticed was sitting on the market for a long time. The price kept dropping and he realized it was a good buy. The deal was negotiated, and land was purchased. It was two lots originally, Drew subdivided them into five lots and resold them with a great markup! Once he realized the potential, he got his real estate license to provide service to others as well. This was in 2016. He has made other deals since that day rolling money from one project to the next! An 8 plex, more land deals, another 7 plex, a small office building, and others. Every time Drew had built or remodeled a building some one would ask if they could buy it! Each time making a sell tempting. Some assets have been sold and some have been retained as a long-term play. Both methods produce money in a different way and keeps cash flow diversified. 

Now Drew owns First Choice Builders, First Choice Real Estate, and First Choice Capital. He has great employees who run the day-to-day operations of First Choice Builders and First Choice Real Estate which enables him to focus on First Choice Capital.
